Context

Enhance-d is a diabetes-focused mobile platform serving 5,000+ users in 100+ countries. Joined as late-stage co-founder to own the product, engineering and technology function end to end - from vision and roadmap through regulated release, governance and live ops.

Role

Chief Product, Information and Technology Officer. I set the roadmap, run discovery and release cadence, own information governance and App Store / Play ops, and still ship code - a small cross-functional team where executive ownership and hands-on build sit in the same seat.

Outcomes

• 600,000+ activities logged across the user base; 3bn+ raw data points processed.
• 46%+ DAU:MAU sustained - strong engagement for a health app category.
• Shipped Groups and community, Activity Glucose Response, leaderboards, nutrition and macro tracking, menstrual cycle insights, education.
• Integrations across Nightscout, CGM and pump data, Terra, Gluroo and 1,000+ wearables from 37 providers.
• Regulated non-MDR product with DPIA, DTAC, accessibility, cyber and risk registers in place.
