Context
Long-running consultancy engagements for SME clients - the anchor being a £5m+ turnover e-commerce business I’ve supported since ~2017 as retained digital lead.
Role
Retained digital lead. Strategy, architecture, hands-on build and day-to-day operational support - from Shopify migration through warehouse automation, customer journeys and reporting.
Outcomes
- Shopify migration with barcode-enabled fulfilment and end-to-end order automation.
- Passwordless email journeys that lifted repeat-purchase conversion.
- Granular reporting on conversion, revenue per session, basket abandonment and return on marketing spend.
- Ongoing website, document management, restaurant ordering and process digitisation work across other SME clients.
