Context
A new community diagnostic centre inside the Canon Medical Arena needed the full clinical digital stack - networking, identity, telephony, imaging, CCTV, access control - built and commissioned to NHS-grade resilience, to a fixed opening date.
Role
Ran digital and infrastructure delivery end to end. Coordinated suppliers, owned the design, managed the clinical safety and information governance workstreams, and stayed close to commissioning and go-live.
Outcomes
- Opened ahead of schedule and under budget.
- Resilient HSCN/N3 connectivity, Azure / Entra / Intune across 50+ endpoints.
- Imaging connectivity across MRI, CT, XR and ultrasound with PACS/RIS workflows adopted by the radiology team.
- Site resilience, telephony, CCTV and access control integrated into a single operational picture.
