A record of work in healthcare and healthtech - products, pathways, data and the teams behind them.

About
I work on digital services where clinical safety and real-world delivery matter: products, pathways, data and the teams behind them. I also lead digital change - embedding tools in organisations, raising digital maturity through what we ship and how people work together, and nudging culture so digital is seen as a tool to use with intent, not only a means to an end. Alongside the day job I co-founded and run Enhance-d Club, a non-profit supporting ~500 athletes living with Type 1 diabetes across the UK and beyond - a lot of the work on this page exists because that community does.
Focus areas
Representative outcomes across product, integrations, rapid delivery, clinical infrastructure, data and digital change - mostly in healthcare and healthtech.
Chief Product, Information and Technology Officer - diabetes-focused mobile platform: 5,000+ users in 100+ countries, 600,000+ activities logged, 3bn+ data points processed, 46%+ DAU:MAU.
Co-founded and run a non-profit supporting ~500 athletes living with Type 1 diabetes - peer support, access to technology, training, education and resources. UK-rooted, expanding across the Netherlands, US, Romania and Switzerland.
Shipped community features, Activity Glucose Response, leaderboards and gamification, nutrition and macro tracking, menstrual cycle insights and education - plus integrations across CGM, pumps, Nightscout, wearables and partners.
Designed, built and stood up a COVID-19 swabbing, results and certificate platform for LivingCare in days - tens of thousands of patients across five sites and £7m+ revenue.
Ran digital and infrastructure delivery end to end: networking, cloud identity, telephony, imaging connectivity and site resilience - finished ahead of schedule and under budget.
Dashboards, budgets and operating models that moved the needle on utilisation, patient flow, reporting quality, attendance and revenue.
Embedding tools in organisations and boosting digital maturity through delivery and culture - so people see digital as a tool they can wield with intent, not just a project category or box to tick.
Where I’ve spent my time - healthtech, NHS-scale delivery, the diabetes community I co-founded, and long-running client work.
Pick a category - rough map of what I actually use week to week.
A few pieces of work I’ve helped shape - context, role and outcomes for each.
A few people I’ve worked with, on what the work was like.
Henry combines executive clarity with the ability to roll up his sleeves and ship. Rare, and exactly what we needed in our agile and fast-paced startup.

CEO · Enhance-d
He moves between product strategy, clinical pathways and hands-on engineering without dropping any of them. The team trust him and the work reflects it.
Luke Minshall
Director · LivingCare
Delivered a national-scale platform on an unreasonable timeline, then stayed to make it boring and reliable. That's the hard part.
Stephen Jarmuz
General Manager · Harrogate and District NHS

Non-profit · community
A non-profit I co-founded for athletes living with Type 1 diabetes. It started in the UK and, quietly, has found its people in the Netherlands, the United States, Romania and Switzerland too.
We're a peer-support community first - weekly video calls, in-person events, and the kind of practical, been-there-done-that advice that rarely makes it into a clinic appointment. Alongside that we help members get access to the technology, training, education and resources that make being active with diabetes more confident, less lonely, and genuinely joyful.
Much of what I care about in this field - and much of the work on this page - exists because this community does. If you share the mission, please get involved.

Outside work - mostly moving, often with other people, plus tinkering with tech, smart home, automations and health for their own sake - and music when I’m not on a bike.
If any of this resonates, I’m always happy to chat - a video call or email both work.
